BRAZE STOP is a stop-off compound applied to fixtures, jigs, trays, and tooling to prevent brazing alloy from bonding to them during furnace brazing. It creates a barrier that releases cleanly after the braze cycle, protecting equipment and ensuring parts can be removed without damage.
Alumatec™ BL 225 is a liquid surface surfactant formulated to reduce surface tension on aluminum components prior to flux or paste application. By improving the wettability of the aluminum surface, it enables more even and consistent flux coverage — particularly useful on complex geometries where flux may bead or run off.
Alumatec™ X79 is a purpose-formulated flux remover for post-braze cleaning of corrosive flux residues from aluminum assemblies. After flame brazing with chloride-based flux systems such as Alumaflo, residual flux must be removed to prevent ongoing corrosion. X79 neutralises and dissolves flux residues without damaging the base aluminum or brazed joints.
The Braze Flux Paste Dispenser is purpose-designed equipment for the controlled, precise application of flux paste — including Alumasil™ Braze Paste and Alumatec™ B Tube Flux Paste — to aluminum heat exchanger components. Consistent bead size and placement are critical to joint quality; this dispenser system is engineered to deliver repeatable results in production environments.
