Alumakote™ Paint Flux is a water-based liquid brazing flux designed for automated spray application onto aluminum heat exchanger components. The organic water carrier system eliminates NMP (N-methyl-pyrrolidone), improving operator safety and environmental compliance.
Three distinct formulations address different production environments: the standard version for most CAB applications, the Cesium variant for magnesium-bearing alloys, and the Binder formulation as a concentrated spray mix. All versions are optimised for minimal nozzle blockage and even flux distribution across complex fin and tube geometries.
