Product Overview

The Soldertec™ range provides a complete Al-Zn soldering system for aluminum-to-aluminum and aluminum-to-copper joining at temperatures well below conventional brazing. The lower process temperature reduces heat distortion risk and allows joining of thin-wall components that would be damaged at brazing temperatures.

Three zinc content grades (98% Al, 85% Al, 78% Al) allow process engineers to balance joint strength, corrosion resistance, and working temperature. Flux core wire eliminates separate flux application; solid wire is used with Soldertec™ 780 flux. Pre-formed rings ensure consistent filler metal placement on tube ends and fittings.
